These 6x6" paintings are a rich mix of media; combining acrylic 'encaustic', crackle medium, paint, and
embossed clay. mounted on hard board and framed with dark, textured wood, standing approximately 2" from
the wall. Each is a tranquil comment on the media used in relation to the 'world of it's 'canvas'. There is a relief
quality to each due to the shadows cast by the thick encaustic as well as the clay pieces.
